Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, deliver attentive service, and foster a welcoming environment for clients and teammates. You will oversee deposits and investments growth, branch operations, and coaching for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in retail banking or Chase.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Proven coaching and team development skills.
• Strong risk and control mindset and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Motivate branch team with a clear vision and uphold culture values.
• Grow deposits and investments using branch scorecard insights.
• Meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
