Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, delivering attentive service while growing deposits, investments, and operations. You will coach the team, model the brand’s hospitality, and implement cutting-edge banking solutions for clients.

You will oversee risk controls, compliance, and a culture of service, curiosity, and excellence, while aligning branch goals with corporate strategy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Willingness to travel for training as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch aspects including deposits, investments, operations, and coaching the team.
• Create a welcoming environment and represent Chase brand and culture with hospitality.
• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebration of successes.
• Foster ongoing learning and development and community engagement.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment with adherence to policies.
