Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, deliver exceptional service, and drive growth in deposits and investments. You will coach a team, manage operations, and maintain risk controls while upholding our hospitality and inclusive culture.

You will guide staff through a training program, work demanding hours including weekends, and represent Chase in the community with integrity and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the branch tone.
• Strong leadership history coaching and empowering employees.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
