Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to elevate the client experience by working with the team to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks and cash devices while complying with bank policies.
