Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships and partner with branch team to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
