Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using technology self-service options.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and managing cash devices in line with bank policies.
