Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, deliver attentive service, and drive branch success by delivering excellent experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to banking policies while using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist customers in their daily banking needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, manage lobby with a tablet, check clients in, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, in line with bank policies.
