Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through everyday banking using mobile and online tools.

Emphasizing relationship-building, you will partner with branch colleagues to provide seamless support and solutions. This role requires strong communication, a client-first mindset, and the ability to learn products quickly while maintaining compliance with banking

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients warmly and provide attentive service.
• Comfort with using banking tools and technology to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them into the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet client goals.
• Assist branch operations, including cash handling and use of cash devices, while following procedures.
