Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to be the warm, welcoming face of our RISE Dispensaries. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to elevate the guest experience and support team wellbeing.

You’ll be active, professional, and mobile, maintaining safety and brand standards throughout the store. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in, de‑escalate situations, escort customers when needed, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• One year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance tech is a plus.
• Security or law enforcement background is beneficial for guest-first service.
• Ability to work varied shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Must pass background checks for cannabis employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• De-escalate situations and maintain safety and order.
• Escort customers when needed and monitor store premises.
• Report incidents promptly and support emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training new APS staff.
• Uphold compliance with cannabis regulations and SOPs.
