Green Thumb Industries (GTI) / RISE Dispensaries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist who blends hospitality with safety leadership. You will greet guests, manage check-in, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment across the dispensary floor.

The role emphasizes staying mobile, de-escalating situations, and collaborating with store teams to protect guests and team members while upholding cannabis compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Comfort with POS systems and compliance technology.
• Security, military or law enforcement background is a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights & weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Uphold compliance standards and provide concierge-level support.
• Set the RISE Vibe from entry doors and guide guest flow.
• Deter incidents and respond to safety concerns with calm, clear communication.
• Escort customers and monitor store areas to ensure safety and order.
• Report and respond promptly to any safety, security, or compliance incidents.
• Support emergency procedures and SOP-based inspections.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS teammates.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
