Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to be the welcoming face of the dispensary while ensuring guest safety and compliance. You will blend hospitality with safety leadership to elevate the customer journey and team experience.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work varied shifts, and reliable attendance. GTI emphasizes a warm, professional presence and adherence to cannabis regulations across store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism and efficiency.
• Deter incidents, monitor store entry/exit and perimeters, and maintain safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and visitors and support safety, cleanliness, and guest flow.
