Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seeks an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and set a warm RISE vibe while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

In this on-site role, you’ll deter incidents, monitor entryways, de-escalate conflicts, escort guests when needed, and report issues promptly. You’ll collaborate with store teams and help train new APS colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet state cannabis employment requirements.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities
