Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You’ll be the welcoming face, greet guests, guide check-in, and model our culture of care while upholding compliance and security standards.

In this dynamic role you’ll deter incidents, monitor entryways and perimeters, de-escalate situations, escort guests when needed, and support store operations with safety, cleanliness, and guest flow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Background checks including cannabis employment requirements are required.
• Must be 21+ and meet state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and compliance.
• Provide concierge-level support and answer common questions.
• Deter incidents, monitor entryways and site perimeters, and maintain calm.
• Escort customers as needed and support guest flow and operations.
• Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly.
• Support emergency procedures and readiness.
• Collaborate with store teams and assist in training new APS staff.
