Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist who blends hospitality with safety leadership to deliver a concierge-style guest experience. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in, monitor safety, and support team members through proactive security, customer service, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work varying shifts) to meet business needs.
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide concierge-level support.
• Uphold compliance standards during check-in and assist with guest flow.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and support store operations in safety and readiness.
• Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly and accurately.
• Assist with emergency procedures and preparedness.
• Maintain visibility and mobility on the sales floor.
