Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to be the welcoming face of our dispensary, blending hospitality with safety leadership to elevate the guest experience. You will greet guests, manage check-in, monitor premises, de-escalate incidents, escort visitors when needed, and collaborate with store teams.

Prior customer-facing or security experience is preferred, along with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a strong commitment to guest-first, hospitality-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Deterrence and respond to safety, monitor premises, and de-escalate incidents.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
