Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead dining operations with focus on client satisfaction and cost efficiency. This role oversees food service activities, sanitation, and staffing to meet high standards across the account.

The position requires strong budget skills, P&L accountability, and leadership capabilities. It includes a 3.5-day work week with 12-hour shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Services/Management or related field; A.A. degree with 4 years related experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation and presentation.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly staff in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, trains staff; plans, assigns, and directs work; conducts performance reviews.
• Prepares and manages annual budget.
• Ensures HACCP, sanitation, safety, and quality standards are met.
• 3.5 day work week with 12 hour shifts.
