Morrison Living is actively seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day operations for a dining account, manage a team, and uphold superior food quality for residents and clients. You will drive client satisfaction, oversee budgets, and partner with the management team to roll out innovative culinary programs.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls and presentation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate at various levels including management, client, customer and staff.
• Excellent financial, budgeting, accounting, and computational skills.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments.
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
