Morrison Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead the community's food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality hospitality and financial performance. You will drive strategy, oversee service delivery, and be the face of the operation to residents and clients.

Responsibilities include developing operating plans, managing budgets, and coaching the leadership team to deliver best-in-class dining experiences while meeting compliance and health standards.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P&L accountability.
• ServSafe Certified or equivalent food safety certification.
• Excellent communication and supervisory leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site food & beverage operation in alignment with client strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance against the approved budget.
• Ensure exceptional resident and client satisfaction through service excellence.
• Develop and mentor team members, promoting growth and accountability.
