Job summary

Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a senior on-site leader to drive hospitality operations for its dining program. You will own the operating strategy, manage budgets, and coach a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include aligning with client business goals, ensuring health compliance, and communicating across executives, supervisors, and staff. A strong background in food service management and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or AA + 4 years related experience.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, cost controls, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with Compass Community Living and client business strategy.
• Own outcomes with an entrepreneurial approach and hold on-site leadership accountable.
• Evaluate personnel, operations, and culinary situations and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and Compass standards.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Communicate with executives, supervisors, and staff in a timely manner.
• Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to ensure alignment.
