Morrison Living, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to oversee daily operations at a medium to large venue. You will lead a team, drive talent development, manage client relationships, and support budgetary and profitability goals in your assigned area.

The role emphasizes leadership, culinary program implementation, and strong relationship management with clients and staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of food service management experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day food service operations for a medium to large venue.
• Lead and develop a team of associates; manage client relationships and profitability.
• Collaborate with Chef and management on culinary programs and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver high service levels.
• Support financial goals and operating excellence in the assigned area.
