Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group in New York, seeks a Conference Services Manager to ensure a warm, professional atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will oversee events, support daily operations, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires prior conference services or supervisory experience and knowledge of AV basics, with a strong emphasis on MS Office. This is an on-site position at our New York location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel, corporate or conference center experience.
• Previous conference services management or supervisory experience.
• Basic understanding of AV equipment.
• Ability to lift/move conference furniture and equipment.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; internet.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Hospitality Services resource for guests, visitors, and employees.
• Coordinate events and meetings; support day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain public areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces to standard.
• Liaise with IT to ensure AV services; coordinate with facility vendors.
