• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement of Clients, Guests, Vendors, and Associates at Milbank.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and hospitality operations run efficiently.
• Lead by example, delivering high-level service and driving continuous improvement.
• Provide regular data and reports on operations, events, and activity levels.
• Mentor staff to deliver Platinum Service in every guest interaction.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Manage day-to-day reception, meetings, and events.
