Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, welcoming office experience and guide customers to the right service.
• Listen, understand concerns, and resolve needs with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain a seamless end-to-end customer journey from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction, answer questions, and remove obstacles for an effortless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and responses to outstanding questions.
• Support onboarding and training of newer concierges as needed.
• Assist with small-scale in-store programming and events, and network activities.
• Act as a temporary operational point of contact during shifts as the key carrier.
