You will personally deliver warm, personalized service and guide visitors to the right expert, ensuring they feel welcomed and understood. Approximately 80% of the time you’ll manage the full customer journey; ~20% as a key carrier handling opening/closing and light operations when the office manager isn’t onsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer service.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs with empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set a welcoming tone on arrival.
• Listen and ask questions to understand needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Manage the end-to-end experience from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction and resolve concerns.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Support store programming and events.
• Serve as escalation point for concerns.
