Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations or other high-touch roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the office and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen and ask questions to understand each customer’s needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with clear, personal support.
• Resolve questions and remove obstacles to create a smooth experience.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions answered.
• Support in-store programming, events, and network marketing activities.
