Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the office with a warm, professional tone.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the right service or expert.
• Support onboarding and serve as a resource for newer concierges.
• Open or close the office as a key carrier when scheduled.
• Escalate safety or operational issues to leadership when needed.
