Intuit, Inc. is seeking a hospitality-focused in-person Concierge to deliver premium service to customers in our office.

This seasonal, non-exempt role requires a flexible 20-hour minimum weekly schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on welcoming, listening, and guiding customers to the right TurboTax expert. The Concierge will embody Intuit TurboTax branding, support in-store events, and ensure every touchpoint is personal, clear, and supportive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, attentive customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and empathy in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the office and set a professional tone.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs and concerns.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers through their experience from arrival to hand-off with personal touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions resolved.
• Support in-store programming and events, plus external networking/marketing activities.
