Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a hospitality-focused customer experience professional to create warm, personalized interactions.

The Expert Office Concierge Specialist drives the full customer journey independently, with occasional backup operational tasks when designated as key carrier. You'll embody premium hospitality for the Intuit TurboTax brand, support onboarding of newer concierges, and contribute to events and in-store activities.

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in a relevant field such as hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or another high‑touch customer‑facing role.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer needs through effective communication and empathy, with the ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone from the first moment.
Listen attentively to understand each customer’s situation, concerns, and needs.
Guide customers to understand options and be confident they are directed to the right service or expert.
Accompany customers through the full experience from arrival to hand-off with personal, clear support.
Resolve questions and remove obstacles to minimize friction in the customer journey.
Follow up to ensure customers received needed support and questions are answered.
