Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Area Manager, Hospitality to oversee the financial, operational, safety and service success at a dedicated hotel and support others in the market. The role requires leadership of Hospitality Managers and frontline teams to meet client expectations.

You will manage budgets, P&Ls, and safety initiatives while driving service excellence, staff development, and client retention across multiple sites in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer expectations.
• Experience managing multiple P&Ls.
• Ability to cultivate client-LAZ relationships.
• Willingness to travel to different hospitality locations as needed.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial, operational, safety and service success at their hotel(s).
• Manage, train, and direct Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
• Maximize revenue and control expenses while maintaining safety and service standards.
• Drive service results and monitor internal metrics and reports.
• Plan and execute opening of new locations and maintain client relationships.
