Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Hospitality Manager to provide full oversight of financial, operational, safety and service performance at assigned hotel properties within the LAZ Hospitality team.

You will lead Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, and staff, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure client contract compliance through robust reporting and safety initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of management in hospitality are required; a valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or business.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with client hotel partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service performance at hotel(s).
• Lead and develop Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Maximize revenue and control expenses while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to client contracts and safety initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and periodic profit/loss reviews.
• Generate and review regular financial and operational reports.
