Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years management experience in a hospitality-related setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety, and service success at the hotel(s).
• Lead and develop Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff.
• Drive revenue growth, control expenses, and maximize customer satisfaction through safety and service initiatives.
