Hilton is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the hotel's financial operations in Atlanta. The role covers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting, ensuring accurate financial data and effective internal controls.

You will resolve inquiries, assist with monthly closings, and report results to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with various finance teams to maintain accurate ledgers and ensure smooth financial operations for Hilton's hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience in AR/AP and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of general accounting and internal controls.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential accounting tasks across AR, AP, Payroll and general accounting.
• Resolve inquiries and disputes with internal and external parties.
• Assist with monthly closes, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Communicate financial results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and corporate departments; AP duties include vendor invoicing and 3-way matching.
