Hilton is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the hotel’s financial operations and support the delivery of remarkable guest experiences through precise financial management.

You will oversee general ledger, month-end close, payroll processing, budgeting, and reporting, while coaching a high-performing team and aligning with Hilton’s core values of integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger and financial reporting, reconcile accounts, and guide staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide reporting oversight for month-end close, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Control budgets and inventories, monitor expenses, and enforce cost controls.
• Supervise payroll processing, timekeeping, gratuity calculations, and audits.
• Process financial transactions, deposits, and maintain records accurately.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations and career growth.
