Hilton in Atlanta seeks an Accounting Analyst to support our hotel's financial health while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will perform AR/AP, payroll and general accounting tasks, ensure accurate invoicing with 3-way matching, and contribute to monthly reporting and internal controls in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Execute tasks across AR, AP, payroll, and general accounting.
• Research and respond to inquiries; resolve disputes with internal/external parties.
• Assist in monthly accounts and month-end responsibilities; support internal controls.
• Report financial results clearly to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with finance and corporate departments; manage vendor payments and hotel expenses.
• Process vendor invoices (e.g., food, housekeeping, utilities); ensure 3-way matching with POs/receiving.
