Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Cottonwood Falls, Kansas.

This full-time role features six-hour rounds, no call or overnight duties, and a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe. You will conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
