Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas.

Join a collaborative team with six-hour shifts and no on-call responsibilities to support older adult health. Daily rounds, chronic disease management, and prescribing medications are included, with streamlined documentation via AI Scribe and iPad LTE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Provide patient-centered care in a team-based environment.
