Qualifications

• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel along with other computer programs.
• 1 year of Administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and escort visitors within the hospital.
• Manage the information desk and LobbyGuard visitor system.
• Operate a multiline phone system and use various computer applications.
• Search and inspect items that may enter the hospital and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee visitors in the main lobby and assist stakeholders’ visitation to completion.
