Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously, provides basic information.
• Assists with the visitor management program, documents data, tracks locations and temperature checks.
• Accesses daily patient schedules and provides appointment information.
• Manages a high volume of telephone calls and helps arrange transportation.
• Distributes PPE to employees, patients and visitors.
