Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of our EEG technology across hospitals in the United States. You will partner with Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration teams to educate on non-convulsive seizures and secure hospital-based commitments.

You will close deals, manage a hospital-wide sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with C-Suite and department leaders while meeting revenue targets and adhering to Ceribell policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospitals preferred.
• Strong ability to manage复杂 hospital-based sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Educate on Ceribell's value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and partnerships.
• Call on multiple hospital departments and negotiate with C-Suite executives.
