Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue across Virginia, parts of NE North Carolina, and South DC. You will educate key hospital stakeholders on non-convulsive seizure detection, build support, and guide the acquisition process for Ceribell’s EEG technology.

Central location within the territory is preferred to maximize coverage. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical device sales experience, a track record in complex hospital-based sales, and the ability to negotiate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience in hospitals.
• Experience selling disruptive technologies into hospital systems.
• Proven ROI-focused sales results and familiarity with executive buyers.
• Hunter mentality able to drive change across multiple stakeholders.
• High EQ with coaching and feedback integration in prior roles.
• Ability to manage complex hospital-based sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation by closing business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Communicate Ceribell's value proposition to hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and partnerships.
• Coach clinical champions across departments to advance opportunities.
• Engage multiple hospital departments to drive sales opportunities.
• Sell into C-Suite and negotiate contracts with hospital executives.
• Conduct effective discovery with clinical and executive targets.
• Utilize cold calling to engage potential clients in hospitals.
• Demonstrate coachability and implement feedback from leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies.
