Ceribell, a medical technology company, seeks a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by educating hospital stakeholders across Emergency, ICU, Neurology and Administration about non-convulsive seizures and Ceribell’s solution.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage clinical champions, negotiate with the C-suite, and partner with account teams to exceed targets while complying with regulations. Compensation includes base salary and generous OTE with benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Preferred background selling disruptive technologies into hospitals.
• Proven ability to manage a complex hospital-based sales cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue Generation: Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Value Proposition Communication: Clearly communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and partnerships.
• Clinical Champion Development: Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments.
• Hospital Department Engagement: Call on multiple departments within hospitals to drive sales.
• C-Suite Sales and Contract Negotiation: Sell into the C-Suite and negotiate contracts with key leaders.
• Effective Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Cold Calling Expertise: Engage potential clients in the hospital setting.
• Coachability: Demonstrate ability to receive and apply feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and Ceribell policies.
