The Territory Manager will educate stakeholders across Emergency, ICU, Neurology and Hospital Administration, drive adoption, and grow revenue within a defined hospital territory.

The role emphasizes building relationships, managing complex hospital sales cycles, and negotiating contracts with senior executives while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospitals, including critical care or emergency departments.
• Proven ROI, Presidents Club (P‑Club), and high sales rankings in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate Ceribell's value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
