Job summary

Ceribell, Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth across hospitals in your designated territory. You will educate stakeholders in Emergency, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration on non-convulsive seizure detection and Ceribell’s value.

Your role emphasizes building relationships, managing a robust sales pipeline, and negotiating with C-suite stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in medical device sales, with comfort selling disruptive technology in hospital

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling disruptive technologies into hospitals.
• Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex hospital-based sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate Ceribell's value proposition to hospital decision-makers.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and partnerships.
• Build clinical champions within hospital departments to advance opportunities.
• Engage multiple hospital departments to drive sales and contracts with executives.
