Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Houston to drive revenue growth by educating stakeholders across Emergency, ICU, Neurology, and Administration about non-convulsive seizures and Ceribell’s EEG platform.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, coach clinical champions, and negotiate with hospital executives while maintaining strong relationships across departments. This role requires field-based responsibilities and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospital departments (ED, ICU, Neurology, Administration).
• Proven ROI, Presidents Club, and strong sales rankings.
• Hunter mentality with ability to drive changes across stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Clearly communicate Ceribell’s value to build partnerships and relationships.
• Develop and grow a pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
• Build clinical champions within hospital departments to advance opportunities.
• Call on multiple hospital departments to drive sales across specialties.
• Sell into C-Suite and negotiate contracts with hospital executives.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions.
