Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of the Ceribell system across Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology and hospital administration teams. You will educate stakeholders, build executive relationships, and guide hospitals through ROI-based purchasing.

With 5+ years in medical device sales, you will manage a complex hospital-based sales cycle, develop champions, negotiate with C-suite leaders, and ensure compliant, ethical selling aligned with Ceribell's mission to improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in hospitals.
• Experience in Critical Care, ED, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a complex hospital-based sales cycle.
• Track record of ROI, Presidents Club, and high sales rankings.
• Hunter mentality with ability to drive change.
• High EQ and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Communicate Ceribell’s value to win partnerships and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
• Build clinical champions within hospital departments to advance opportunities.
• Engage multiple hospital departments to drive sales.
• Negotiate contracts with C-suite and key decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery sessions with health system leaders to tailor solutions.
• Utilize cold calling to engage prospective clients in hospitals.
• Demonstrate coachability by applying feedback from leadership.
