Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive new hospital launches and expand the existing install base in Texas. You will educate physicians and staff on Ceribell’s rapid seizure-detection EEG technology, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure successful deployments and ongoing education.

This is a field-based role requiring 60% travel and on-site presence in the Houston area. The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic prioritization, and the ability to influence change

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN’s with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
• Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative and effective problem solver, highly organized and able to prioritize strategically.
• Ability to assess stakeholders’ needs and translate them into cross-functional plans to achieve outcomes.
• Bonus: start-up experience or experience with disruptive technology, med device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Launch new hospitals and drive organic growth within the installed base.
• Provide ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff using clinical information as the basis for growth.
• Travel 60% (approx. 3 days/week) within the region: The Woodlands, College Station, Bryan, Conroe, North of Houston, TX.
• Build advocacy with facilities, lead training, and support new account launches.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to ensure successful deployments and upgrades.
