Responsibilities

• Handle telephone communications on a computerized network and respond to calls promptly.
• Maintain logs and on-call schedules; report telecom discrepancies.
• Monitor alarms and support emergency response procedures.
• Assist with screen maintenance and online information systems.
• Train new staff and cross-train existing team members.
• Manage alternate pager transactions and assist in department projects.
