Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous operator experience preferred.
• Previous experience in office or receptionist.
• Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the switchboard and pages overhead, greet and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor hospital alarms and follow emergency code procedures.
• Communicate effectively with population served.
