You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, paging, and emergency communications within the hospital. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of telephone operations experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Respond to emergency calls in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Receive information from Doctors Answering Service and relay as needed.
• Prepare toll and message tickets for calls placed for department individuals.
