Applicants should have at least 1 year in a telephone operator or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-site hours: Mon–Fri, with on-call and holiday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed logs of calls and messages.
• Show empathy and professionalism when assisting distressed callers.
